  • Currently working in shifts as a Shift In-Charge, responsible for the safe and smooth operation of the unit, ensuring safe and cost-effective unit startup/shutdown, and handling all major critical emergencies.
  • Managing responsibilities such as leading startup and shutdown teams, overseeing all major projects in the Operations Department, including APC, heat rate improvement, digitalization, and efficiency
  • Leading projects for operational improvement (Pro SMILE) with special teams, including equipment health index, dashboard preparation using Power BI, and combustion optimization.
  • Led the in-house auto-loop development and tuning team (SMILE) and achieved CMC in all three units.
  • Achieved HRH temperature of up to 583°C using SOFA, CCOFA, burner tilt, and smart soot-blowing operations.
