Requirement: LAP-ROSS had requirement of Data logging as well as calculating the performance of the furnace machines and mould machines in their plant.

Solution: Provided MES Application Suite for Reporting - Factory Talk Metrics product and Report Expert for Report creation and Publishing tool to provide all the machines data ready for analysis

This Solution Provided them with Dynamic and Live reporting tool which can alarm them if the furnace goes above set point temperature and always made every machine accountable with the scrap details.

TIMKEN Manufacturing India Limited – Mahindra City, Chengalpattu

Requirement: Timken needed a solution for logging furnace Temperatures and Live reporting of all the Furnace Data

Solution: We came up this solution of Live Data Logging and reporting system using Factory talk Historian with JAVA based reporting Tool and Factory Talk Vantage Point as report publishing Tool

Requirement: Light Alloy Product needed a solution for logging furnace Temperatures and live reporting of all the Furnace Data

Solution: A Live Data Logging and reporting system using Factory talk Historian with Microsoft Excel as a report Creation Tool and Factory Talk Vantage Point as report publishing Tool

Larsen & Toubro – Powai, Mumbai

Requirement: Scheduling the Requirements from L&T Coimbatore, L&T Ahmadnagar and L&T Powai and plan the production and live reporting.

Solution: We Implemented JAVA based Factory Talk Scheduler and gave them a compact scheduling cum planning software
