- Identify and procure instruments such as pressure/temperature/flow transmitters, sensors, analyzers, and control valves as per project specifications.
- Develop bill of materials (BOM), procurement plans, and technical datasheets for approval and sourcing.
- Interface with vendors for technical clarification, price negotiations, and delivery follow-up.
- Supervise panel wiring, assembly, and integration in compliance with safety and quality standards (IEC/ISA/IS).

- Program and troubleshoot PLC logic, HMI screens, and communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
- Ensure seamless integration with SCADA/DCS systems during commissioning and handover.
- Prepare all related documentation including test reports, wiring manuals, and instrumentation calibration certificates.
- Coordinate with site teams for installation, SAT (Site Acceptance Testing), and commissioning support.
- Provide on-ground support to the marketing team by visiting industrial clients and project sites to understand customer requirements, present technical solutions, and strengthen client relationships.
