1.Handle the settlement of all failed trades for our clients involving DTCC and FED platforms.

2.Investigate the reasons for trade failures and ensure timely resolution and settlement.

3.Reconcile client books with DTCC and FED settlement records to ensure accuracy.

4.Post entries for physical settlements processed through NSCC.

5.Manage FED settlements via the BONY (Bank of New York) platform, including reconciling BONY’s records with our own, sending funds through BONY wires, processing manual deliveries, and borrowing securities externally when needed.

6.In DTC, oversee both standard trade settlements and free receives/deliveries from client accounts, and post relevant journal entries.

7.Process and send domestic and international SPO (Special Processing Operations) charges to counterparties, approve incoming SPO charges, and record related accounting entries.

• Procured vendor price for equities like Common stock, Warrants, REITs, Rights and Warrants, utilizing identifiers such as ISIN, Sedol, RIC, LNX, LIN and specific identifiers employed by certain vendors.
• Observed the securities price volatility and corporate actions like Stock split, Merger, Rights issue, Dividend and Acquisitions, utilizing resources from vendors like Bloomberg and ICE, Reuters.
• Maintained effective communication with internal corporate actions and fund accounting team to promptly address client queries and discrepancies.
• Proactively raised client queries based on price volatility, actively challenging vendor in case of discrepancies and on behalf of client.
