An engineering graduate currently serving as an Assistant Manager at State Bank of India, one of the India's largest banks. Current role as a Credit Support Officer in SME Advances has provided valuable skills and experience in the banking and finance sector. Eager to transition into a role that aligns with expertise and allows for further enhancement of capabilities. Possesses strong working knowledge of business loan portfolio management and excels as a negotiator. Deep understanding of customer requirements and solid grasp of product offerings enables effective meeting of their needs. • Currently managing the loan portfolio which consists of the MSME loans that are above 1 Cr. This includes the timely due diligence, on boarding of new customers, account monitoring, principle and interest repayments, Documentation.
• During my posting in rural area I successfully managed, maintained and on boarded the SHGs and also linked them with credit facilities. I have received the appreciation for the same from my employer.
• Migrated around 500 customers to bank's digital platform which reduced the footfall of customers on branch and which also helped to reduce the transaction cost.
• Successfully converted the around 1300 salary account leads.
