JOB PROFILE :
• Handling the multi products under Import, Export, Bill booking transaction abiding by
international trade finance. Associate with “Compliance Screening”, Sanction clause
checking, FATCA checking a BNP Paribas process involving reviewing of potential match
cases.

• Product handling under Trade–Import LC issuance, Amendment Issuance, Acceptance,
Import LC Settlements, Export LC advising,Amendment Advising, Export
Acceptance,Export settlement,Discounting of bills under LC, Import and Export
utilization bill booking.
.
• Handling bank gurantee commission settlement, Remittance, tracers and cancelations.
.
• Handling the MT103, 202 Payments which includes cross border payments and local
payments for LC, Collections, Supply chain.
.
• Handling several swift messages.
.
• Handling end to end operations activities as per guidelines and having good
knowledge on Trade Operations.
.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responding to Middle officer and branches queries within TAT.
.
• Queue Monitoring to maintain TAT for every PGPT.
.
• Coordinating with branch in case of queries and discrepancies through email.
.
• Training of New joiners and Process Associate to handle different types of PGPT.
.
• Quality check / Controlling of transactions done by Process Associate.
.
• Workout with Business & execute testing for system enhancement (UAT).
.
• Preparing the EOD report on daily basis

• Name scanning of documents received from branches and refer to compliance for OFAC, FATF and relevant matches.
• Handling trade finance, policies and procedure as per UCP, URR, URC and compliance with other regulatory bodies.
• Scrutiny/ Lodgment of inward and outward remittances. (MT103 and MT202).
• Scrutiny/ Lodgement of exports bill and import bill.
• Advising of letter of credit, acceptance, confirmation, lc amendment.
• (Trade finance UK operation)

• Execute telex and swift transfer to all bank around the world.
• Skilled in handling customer at front end operation.
• Handling physical currency of different nationality and remitting it to their home land.
• Performing due diligence of new clients, requesting the KYC information, documentation while on boarding new customer.
• Handling western Union payment both inward and outward along with DHL courier of sending important documents.

• Analyzed the passenger queries and correspond through email to resolve their issue's.
