• Design reviews, GD&T, DFMEA, digital & hardware validations, PPAP, etc
• Instrumental in costs save via good-to-great product cost reduction concepts

• Drove development phases in an agile environment from the project scope of work, concept, design, time, and cost estimation.

• Extensively involved with style development in Italy and engineering with Magna.
• Developed cabin architecture, along with CFTS, for the AMW new cabin project (NGT).
• Engineered cabin aggregates: HVAC, seating system, hand holds, cab tilt mechanism, suspension, fender and side steps, spray suppression device, and mirrors.
• Coordinator for cabin homologation activities.
• Project Lead for the LHD Cabin export project.
• Piloted a 1:1 scale mock-up build and saved 15% in costs via inventive inputs.
• ECRs, ECNs, and PCRs.
• Performed Value Engineering (VAVE) in existing and new cabins.
