         A Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma is a trained individual who is responsible for leading process improvement projects within an organization. Green Belts are typically involved in all aspects of project management, from defining the problem to implementing solutions and monitoring results. They are also responsible for analyzing data and making recommendations for process improvement.

         To become a certified Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma, an individual must complete a training program and pass a certification exam. The training typically covers the following areas:
