Insurance: (Liberty mutual):

• Handling both endorsement and cancellation regarding auto policy, home policy and manual changes in policy holder info.
• Transaction processing according to standard work & SOP.
• Prioritize transaction according to detailed guidelines to meet SLA.
• Validate all KYC document and review all respective document as per KYC policy.
• Comprehending and responding to the customer inquiries. identify, research and resolve problems.
• Quality Analyst and internal auditor in the process to check the quality level of the team to avoid risks.
• Assist with perform other team task as the need arises.

Corporate account opening and Maintenance: (Mashreq bank):

• Account opening for all type of individual customers for both new & existing customers.
• Classifying customer as per risk matrix whether L1/L2/L3.
• Perform Name screening for all individuals who are all coming for account opening. if any match raise exception for compliance approval.
• Validate the all KYC Document and review all respective documents as per KYC policy. Customer Id copy and address proof checking
• For screening purpose customer trade license checking in portal and Screening checking to evaluate whether the customer involved in any fraudulent activity or not.
• Ensure A/C opening process adherence with bank policies and actively participate indecision's regarding acceptance of account opening form to process or reject the application for clearing the all exception.
• Account Maintenance requests, such as address change, ID document updating, Internet Banking facility, and KYC updates, for existing individual customers.
• Resolving the customer queries related to the account opening procedures.
• Performing the quality checks and the checker level and after completion of the account opening. will do all mandatory checks related to the customer as a account opening procedure’s.
