• Leading the Lean manufacturing (Kaizen, OEE, JIT, Why-Why Analysis, Poka-Yoke, Quality Circle) to reduce rejections, control process time and enhance production.
• Assisting in overall operations related to production planning and operations of 250MT Red Lentils/100MT Green Gram, Black Gram/250MT Chickpea/ 500 MT Yellow Peas / 110MT Chickpea & Yellow Peas Flour (Besan) per day.
• Conducting manpower planning, resource allocation, production scheduling of 58 staff members to meet business goals.
• Managing effective & efficient costing system resulting in cost reduction, business process optimization for improving performances to produce multi-line products within planned schedules.
• Preparing and updating HIRA (Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment) sheet for utility operations; presenting monthly MIS, KPI, YIELD, FG aging report, utilization, OEE Leading and heading a team of Operators, Quality and Packing Department; monitoring their performance, motivating the teams in order to take productivity to next level.
