LifeCAD is an annuity retirement financial application. It pays annuities, regular Payments and death claims etc.

It deals only with owner, annuity and an agent. LifeCAD is a multi-platform client/server application. It was developed to help insurers take full advantage of all the features. LifeCAD provides full business processing and administrative functionality. LifeCAD has front end system LifeCAD/MP developed by NAVISYS and it Uses Oracle database as backend. The LifeCAD data is being processed by several backend interfaces and down fed to other external systems.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitoring BMC remedy tool to handle incident & service request to resolve within SLA
• Checking the application log files to ensure the application is available all the time.
• Reporting project status in the form of excel dashboards to stakeholders.
• Incident management, Problem management, Service request within SLA. Release Management/Change Management (new release on production with the help of fully documented deployment/release guide).
• Coordinating with Client for all release works and attending the client calls for any major issues.
• The primary responsibility is to investigate the existing codes (Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Packages, Procedures and Functions) for addressing issues and doing modification and enhancements according to the requirement.
