I lead the learning space for 'Customer Tech & Ecosystems' practice area of Accenture Song.

As part of my role I work very closely with the business stakeholders to identify learning gaps, define problem statements and develop plans that translate into tangible outcomes.

I do the following:

  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across Learning ecosystem to understand priorities to align strategy with business priorities.
  • Schedule and attend calls with sponsors to understand business priorities, learning objectives.
  • Analyze skills and audience needs to determine gaps.
  • Recommend the learning approach or improvements to existing programs, with a rationale for the learning solution.
  • Document/Draft the Learning Plan.
