I lead the learning space for 'Customer Tech & Ecosystems' practice area of Accenture Song.
As part of my role I work very closely with the business stakeholders to identify learning gaps, define problem statements and develop plans that translate into tangible outcomes.
I do the following:
Owned the training for people at level 13 to 8 in APAC and EMEA and was responsible for end-end coordination, course delivery and management of trainings for Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Dalian, Manila, Kuala Lumpur, Prague and London. This included, creating meet workspace, managing checklists, administering pre-conduct and post-conduct course surveys, adding faculty and participant feedback to change logs.
