  • Supply Enhancement: Led a team of 13 in supply chain, reducing sales loss from 1.75% to 0.39%. Implemented liquidation strategies for slow-moving SKUs worth 4 crores, developed SOPs for packaging changeovers / multiple vendors / change controls / return management, etc. decreasing monthly expiry stock from 1.6% to 0.39%
  • Vendor Performance Improvement: Established a Live Vendor Scorecard Analytics system using Power BI. Successfully negotiated agreements with 22 vendors, including credit period extensions and raw materials pricing transparency. Enhanced supplier relationships and ensured consistent product quality for customers.
  • Logistics: Decreased TAT breach from 38% to 10% and reduced logistics cost by 25% through aggregators and consolidated planning. Delivery timeline improved from 4.3 to 2.7 days.
