• Implement best practices to ensure the framework's maintainability, re-usability, and flexibility.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand Siebel CRM requirements and functionalities.
• Analyze business and functional specifications to create comprehensive test plans.
• Execute manual test cases to validate Siebel CRM functionality, ensuring adherence to business requirements.
• Conduct regression testing using Automation to verify the impact of changes on existing functionalities.
• Assist business users in conducting UAT, providing guidance and support during the testing phase.

• Develop detailed test cases covering functional, usability, and compatibility aspects of the mobile app.
• Test app compatibility with different OS versions and device models.
• Execute functional tests to validate the behavior of the mobile app features against specified requirements.
