• Load Optimization :- Creating Load plans on bases of dimensions and weights for safer deliver and understanding of required vehicle type and size.
• Traffic Management :- Planning and arranging vehicles based on requirements at best possible rate for making operation profitable under committed delivery hour's and performing checks on vehicle documents for avoiding problems in route and managing other needful work under trafficking.
• Control Tower Management :- tracking of every vehicle by ISP Tracking or GPS Tracking Monitoring there route and assisting them in common problems while maintaining committed delivery hour's.
• Trouble Shooting :- daily operation problem solving and in serious issues taking quick designs and planning for fastest solution of problem while arranging first responder team and after solving problem creating full report for finding cause of problem for future prevention.
• Analysis and Reporting :- Creating report on monthly bases and performing analysis and creating new optimized plan for smooth operation and finding areas where we need to improve and creating plan for that.
• Vender Management :- Developing new supply partner and performing analysis on vendor list for improvement in service's and making operation more profitable.
• Introduced new methods, practices, and systems to reduce turnaround time.
• Set, enforced, and optimized internal policies to maintain responsiveness to demands.

Fleet Management : I was responsible for vehicle loading at customers warehouse and After unloading finding new fright for the vehicle So that vehicle won't halt for a day.

Fleet Maintenance : there I was also maintaining a record of vehicles maintenance and also making sure all vehicles are in good condition for next trip I was also responsible for that once the Vehicle completes certain kilometer is completed vehicle must get service.

Driver Management : after arranging freight I was giving them advance for the trip if they have any issue while in route I was solving it if a driver go somewhere so I was also arranging a new driver for the truck.

Customer Service : I was also responsible for customer relation I was directly in contact with all the customers and as per the need I was arranging feet so that there good must get delivered on time.

Reporting : there I was maintaining mis report Which includes all information regarding the movements timing and freight rates etc.

• Developed new branding initiatives and implemented uniform fleet design to increase brand exposure.
• Supervised maintenance team and effectively delegated assignments to optimize processes.

• Traffic Management :- Planning and arranging loads for vehicle's some times arranging vehicle's from market on the bases of bookings at best possible rate for making operation profitable.
• Documentation:- Creating Lorry Receipt and building E-way Bills for vehicles and other required documents for moment.
• Control Tower Management :- tracking of vehicle's by GPS Tracking Monitoring there route and assisting them in common problems while maintaining the committed delivery hour's.
• Reporting :- Creating monthly report on operations and creating reports of vehicle which documents was about to expire.
