Channel and Resource Management

• Planning for Secondary & Territory target of All Samsung Distributor & Dealer.
• Budgeting for Monthly Business – Primary target Incentive.
• Planning for Market Secondary Scheme – Secondary Scheme Circulation as Per Dealers Category ( A, B, C,D)
• Monthly Scheme Communication for Distributor as well Dealer.
• Outlet wise Target Planning for KRO.
• Visibility/Placement of All lava mobile to Maximum Retailers.
• Weekly meeting with ABM ,ZSM regarding target Vs Achievement.

• Market Visit Plan as Per PJP to Visit Maximum Distributor as well Dealer and Cover Entire Territory.
