• Conduct process training & assessments for new hires.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS, Quality reports, defect logs, Spot checks, attendance tracker, allocation and collation of work for associates and QC team, etc.
• Prepare monthly procedure change bulletin notifying client about all updates/regulatory changes for the month & share details with the team.
• Monthly calibration of leads & QC team.
