Project: DFCC PROJECT EDFC LOT 301

• Oversees construction activities related to structures and bridges and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and timeline requirements.
• Programming of construction activities, Machinery, Material & Manpower Requirements.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Responsibilities include involvement in the construction of Major bridges such as RCC Box Type and Piling Works, Pile Cap and Pier Cap, In situ Box Girders Span upto 30Mtr, ROB, RUB, RFO, Precast Post Tensioned Slabs spanning up to 14 meters, I-girders of various lengths up to 24 meters, and In Situ Box Girders of up to 30 meters. Major Bridges (OWG Span 63 Mtr & 45 Mtr) ,RFO ( OWG Span 78 mtr) with the assistance of launching nose and electric winches.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols, promoting a culture of safety on all job sites.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Resolving any arising issues related to site construction and procurement procedures and taking decisive action in case of errors
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.

Project: Noida - Greater Noida Metro NC03

• Programming of construction activities, Material requirements and Man Power requirements
• Ensuring the Execution of construction as per construction methodology and documented procedures ,Safety ,Quality & Monitoring and Controlling the work progress in Casting Yard
• Co-ordination with Engineers for various site activities involve in Construction of Pretensioned C - Girders Span Upto 27 Mtr, Precast Postensioned Piercap, Extended Arm Pier cap & I Girder span upto 33 Mtr
• Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule of Precast Structures and approved it to Clients
• Preparation of Reconciliation Statement, Verification of Sub Contractor Monthly Bills & Assistance to planning for billing as-built drawings and joint records.

Project: Delhi Metro CC41

• Micro planning and Programming of construction activities, Material requirements and Man Power requirements
• Ensuring the Execution of construction as per construction methodology and documented procedures ,Safety ,Quality & Monitoring and Controlling the work progress in Casting Yard
• Co-ordination with Civil Engineer for various site activities involve in Construction of Viaduct.( Pile Cap, Pier,Pier Cap, Deck Slab, Parapet, I Girder, I Girder & Parapet Launching)& Stations Building Works.
• Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule of Viaduct & Stations and approved it to Clients
• Preparation of Monthly Budgets, Reconciliation Statement & Verification of Sub Contractor Monthly Bills & Assistance to planning for billing as-built drawings and joint records.

Project: Jaypee Bina Thermal Power Plant

• Planning, Scheduling, Controlling and Supervision of all Site Related Activities
• At CHP (Coal Handling Plant), Construction of RCC D- Shape Tunnels, Box Culvert, Minor RUB
• Construction of RCC Multistory Building
• Weigh Bridge Foundations, Machine Foundations, Control Rooms Buildings
• Coordination and utilization of Machinery, Material and Labours
• Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule, Daily Progress Reports, Monthly Budgets, Contractor Bills Etc.
