  • Help customers onboard and adapt Rubrik's SaaS platform RSC by facilitating the migration of workloads from on-premises to cloud environments.
  • Significant role involvement in tasks entailing - addressing clients technical issues via research, troubleshooting, reproducing in lab/fixing it in sync with the service level agreements (SLA) with a root cause at the end of each issue.
