• Led finance engagement with multiple stakeholders from Sales, pricing, contract, and credit to support network growth of lubricants B2B channels and evaluation of commercial proposals with focus on Portfolio growth, deal structuring and risk mitigation.
• Supported 56 B2B deals in 2022 with incremental value add/delta NPV of USD 6.3 mn

• Leading team 3+ highly efficient economists supporting North America mobility and lubricants business
• Played a pivotal role in establishing credibility while engaging with multiple GM's and FM's and created wholesome portfolio for the team to keep everyone engaged and drive excellence
• Took charge of team at very critical time with 2 FTE on exit path, handled the situation very delicately while ensuring seamless delivery.
• Get the team involved in projects at much earlier stage and be part of Project Change management process to enable widen the understanding and polish approach in overall project handling and risk assessment.

• Valuation and economic assurance of multiple projects with a headline range from USD 350 mn to 4 bn for US mobility and growth sectors to a build a profitable & resilient business.
• Designing and building of financial and economic models in line with Shell Excel best practice standards, to support investment decision making.
• Identified multiple gaps in the lubricants DIY PIR process for NA market, revamped the complete PIR process tool for the DIY business and enhanced the efficiency of the process with saving of 90% of processing time.

• Co-founded a internet startup in Boston, US and worked as independent consultant for the team.
• Worked with leadership team on developing competitive recruitment product and pricing strategies.
• Built business partnership with various digital recruitment marketing agencies to help drive good organic/inorganic traffic.
• Established annual budgets and P&L to drive effective controls to prevent overages, minimize burn rate and support sustainability objectives.
