• Leading last-mile operations for 1.5 Lacs order/day grocery delivery services, focusing on delivery conversions, breach reduction and monthly resource planning
• Driving flex capacity through resource scheduling, productivity enhancement and utilization of gig workers to optimize cost and create flex capability
• Managing 3P partner ecosystem for outsourced hub operations including rate negotiations, capacity planning, performance monitoring, and contract management

• Managed Linehaul operations, overseeing vendor development, nationwide canter planning, control Tower setup, and SLA compliance.

• Implemented network changes to optimize Linehaul routes, increase FTL utilization, and achieve annual savings of 1 crore.

• Spearheaded the growth of electric vehicles (EVs) from 5% to 60% through vendor ecosystem development, rate negotiations, improved rate cards, and in-house charging infrastructure, resulting in cost savings of 82 crores annually.

• Negotiated contracts with 3P logistics partners (IC vans, ADMs, Bikers, Canters) to enhance cost efficiency and service levels. Established a partner review framework with structured KPIs to drive performance improvements.

• Managed nationwide fleet supplies in alignment with demand forecasts, ensuring seamless scale-up and scale-down during festive seasons.

• Conducted Fleet planning in challenging geographies and events such as Durga Puja and election rallies to ensure exceptional service levels and on-time deliveries of Grocery.

• Hyperlocal Expansion :Launched 100+ Dark stores pan India, this includes network planning, business case approvals, infra planning, statutory approvals, store readiness, and system go live
• Warehouse Launch Program: Successfully delivered warehouse launches of over 90 fulfillment centers within a span of 3 years.
• Cross-functional Stakeholders Management: Active collaboration with Design, Real Estate, Finance, Compliance, and Inventory Planning stakeholders to ensure timely infrastructure readiness for Business-to-Business sales.
