· Checkpoint firewall migration.

· Handles incident & change process.

· Creating documents for firewall upgrades/implementation.

Customer escalations handling via call and mail.
P2P & P2MP network connections operation and maintenance.
PE router to CE router connectivity, monitoring and maintenance.
Monitoring and Troubleshooting of RF devices, like RADWIN, MAKSAT, CAMBIUM, RICI convertor, ODU, IDU.
Troubleshoot for customer’s hub location router to Spoke location router reachability issues.
Troubleshooting for PE WAN to CE WAN connectivity issues like flapping, packets drop and latency.
