• Scheduling the preventive maintenance for the equipment.
• Overseeing a team including Chemist & Technicians and achieving the production target as per schedule by following proper quality and quantities.
• Maintenance of documentation with respect to production following cGMP norms & to maintain on-line compliance.
• Monitoring the process validation batches and cleaning validations.
• Qualification (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ) of various equipment.
• Time cycle reduction in drying, filtration, isolation, recovery of solvent to enhance capacity.
• Preparing the production planning schedule as per Raw material availability.
• Ensure good housekeeping in the production area and training shop floor people to build safety and discipline in place & to maintain housekeeping & cGMP standards.
• Preparing the Equipment’s, Manpower requirement and utility facilities required for the process.
• Coordinating with other departments like quality assurance, quality control, and technical services to achieve the targets.
• Investigation of failures to resolve the problems during production.
• Responsible for the safety of all process equipment and personnel’s in the plant and ensuring that the safety norms are followed in the plant.
