• Conducted stakeholder interviews and developed an innovative application with over 100 screens to serve electricians in India, for a leading Indian FMEG company. Scheduled launch is set for September 2024.
• Conducted 40 in-depth employee interviews, unveiled 21 insights spanning across systemic barriers, cultural pain points, and technology gaps. In a 3-day design workshop with 20 stakeholders, we translated these insights into 5 key problem statements and co-created 4 bold solutions, transforming the business function for greater efficiency for a leading FMCG company.
• Conducted 50+ empathy immersions with hotel customers, resulting in 4 personas and 35 actionable insights for redesigning the loyalty program of a top Indian luxury hotel chain. Projected revenue uplift 300 crore in 5 years
• Revamped and recreated 10+ purchase and renewal user journey's and solved for 7 key pain points to ensure motor insurance renewal rates increase for a leading insurance company. The client saw an upstick in their NPS Score in just 1 month after implementing their renewed website journey
• Arrived at insights for designer to create 500+ screens for a comprehensive MSME application (web portal & mobile app) after consulting multiple stakeholders. Enabling functions include onboarding, account management, FD/RD, lending, remittance, reconciliation, and trade for a leading private bank.

Worked on the following projects for a leading technology and search engine company:

• Performed usability testing with end users to identify key areas for improvement for the 'Regular payments section'. As well as reviewing existing user flows, I made recommendations for improvements in navigation and interface design.
• Conducted 340+ meaningful conversations and arrived at four key persona's through a foundational study for a phone education and awareness application for novice internet users.
• Implemented diary interviews to gain an understanding of how users engage in photo capturing, editing, and photo sharing. Leveraged resulting insights to enhance user behavior and assess usability.
• Conducted an education concept mocks validation.
