• Virtual Finance an Insurance (VFI) (Oct 2023 - Jan 2024) - Built an application based on SF community site for a leading Automobile Finance and Insurance Company of USA to make the Deal initiation process effortless and instant through their dealership portal. Worked on Case,Account and Contact objects,created different record types,page layout. Designed, coded, and implemented applications on the Salesforce platform using APEX,LWC and Aura Framework. Worked on Salesforce Lightning platform & Community site and integrated Zoom with Salesforce to schedule a call in real-time.
• Road Ready Hub (Consumer Portal) (Jan 2024 - Ongoing) - Developed an Experience Cloud self-service portal from scratch for a user base of 13 million, enabling direct access to contracts, coupons, and claims. Built with LWC and Aura, the portal streamlines service access, reduces dealership workload, and includes features like vehicle registration, a Help Center, and Profile Management.
