• Responsible for automation of tasks on client request using Shell Script.
• 4+ years of experience on ELK Stack, Splunk, kibana,Dynatrace, Datadog for log analysis ,creating visualization and dashboard.
• Good exposure of Release cycle , Handling min 3 releases per week on Production environment.
• 5 + Years experience in ITIL concepts like Change Management, Incident Management and Problem management. • Good hands on Application Servers like Weblogic/Apache & good understanding of web services protocols like SOAP & REST.
