- As part of ERIE’s Go-Green initiative, the organization transitioned from printing over 250K invoices and transactional documents daily to implementing paper suppression for invoices, ID cards, and declarations. The project enabled customers to access and receive documents through their Online Account, promoting digital adoption and customer choice.
- Key Responsibilities
- Developing and enhancing document templates using OpenText Exstream v16.6.
- Participating actively in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Coordinating with onshore counterparts to gather requirements, clarify change requests, and discuss enhancements.
- Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical document solutions.
- Performing detailed unit testing before promoting deliverables to QA/UAT environments.
- Supporting release management activities and production deployments.
- Handling production support activities including troubleshooting incidents and performing root cause analysis.
- Participating in offshore on-call rotation to resolve critical production issues.
