• Here I was handling a plotted development site of 130 acres named Woodview, Sector 90, Gurgaon and after that, I completed another plotted development site of 25 acres within the timeline from the initial phase and handed it over to the facility named Anandam Ora, Sector 93, Gurgaon.
• Executed job planning, scheduling, checking, and reporting for various projects.
• Produced daily progress reports (DPR) and detailed loss reports (DLR).
• Interpreted drawings and supervised site activities to ensure compliance.
• Oversaw construction of underground tank and sewer treatment plant (600 KLD).
• Managed construction of both RCC and bitumen roads alongside sewer and storm lines.
• Coordinated with other departments to ensure smooth flow of operations.
