• Joined as a PGET HSE. Undertook projects in Fire Safety, HSE digitisation through SAP and other platforms. I led a team of 40 firefighters and rescuers and maintained a fire station responding to emergencies in and around Alumina Refinery of Vedanta Limited. Was responsible for improvement projects for fire alarm system and fire water network system.
• I undertook an improvement project in machine guarding and interlocking systems across the refinery and was instrumental in design and implementation to increase the module performance by 15% compared to previous year. Within my tenure of more than 2.5 yrs at the Alumina Refinery, I got to learn the process and utilities related occupational safety and environmental risks and was a part of several teams to improve HSE performance of the unit.

Worked as a Trainee Engineer of erection and Commissioning work at 6 X 150 MW (BHEL) Captive Power Plant project of Aditya Aluminium, Lapanga, Sambalpur. Preventive, Predictive and break down Maintenance of Hydraulic and Mechanical system. Hardening & Tempering Furnace. Coordinating and supervising the installation, erection and commissioning of equipment were my areas of training and responsibilities.
