• Sourcing – Enhanced hardware sourcing process by tweaking process to look into subsidiary stores before placing orders
• Procurement – Differentiated between standard and non-standard asset request to go through different channels which streamlined unclogging more requested standard channel
• Disposal – Added monetization methods to use disposed of assets to extract better value
