• I have handle both knit & woven product like T shirt, jacket , Pant , shorts , track suits ,Pullover ,polyfill jackets (MENS , WOMENS & KIDS PRODUCT)
• To follow, as per brand SOP.
• Daily inspection (Inline ,midline & Final ) carried out of ready goods as per planning and as per brand AQL standard
• Daily, weekly, and monthly inspection report updating to brand.
• Pre-production activities (size set review, shrinkage checking, pattern checking) and pre production meetings held on each style before starting bulk production
• Coordinated with production and quality team to ensure the quality as per customer satisfaction
• To educate the operators and checkers on every style quality standard, training has been provided as per brand standard.
• Factory technical audit, product safety audit, yearly basis report submit to adidas buying office
• Production tracking as per style wise reporting to respective department and LO QA
• If any failure of the FPT & GPT verified against the standard
• QC tools (control chat, histogram, pareto chart, scatter diagram, check sheet) have been followed to continuous improvement of the quality as well productivities
• Root cause analyses have been done on customer returned defective pieces, and future-proofing measures have been maintained to avoid further failure in the product.
• Monthly quality review meeting conducted along with top-level management and brand.
• I have handle BBCI product (Indian cricket apparel spot program jersey, pant, track suit, pullover all categories)

• Development of new research.
• Communicate with the buyer about sampling and production.
• Give the sampling coordinator and Production Manager instructions and directions about sampling and production.
• Update the buyer on the weekly sampling and production status.
• Each sample audit has to be done.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing season-specific ranges and developing products per buyer requirements.
• Proto sampling and sales sampling.
• Shipment planning, Execution, Timely delivery.
• Negotiable, follow up with vendor, and accessories supplier.
• Regularly updating the buyer about production status and seeking approvals for various styles.
• Ensuring product development: objective-based sampling as per buyer's specifications.
• Developing a detailed time action plan, regularly monitoring the same through weekly status.
• To ensure timely and routine inspection at different stages of production.
• Interacting with the buyers and getting production samples approved by the buyers.
• Handling all the necessary details to the production dept. And ensure production is on time.
• Monitoring the procurement and production for the timely delivery of the goods.
