3. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, and leveraging data for strategic planning and positioning within the competitive telecom analytics market.
4. The position spearheads engineering delivery for a Telecom Unit, executing scaled enterprise programs with a multi-million-dollar portfolio across the US and APAC regions.
5. A decade of experience is leveraged in providing product engineering and services to Telco CSPs in areas such as OSS/BSS, RAN (O-RAN), ONAP, IT asset management, and cloud connectivity.
6. The leader manages cutting-edge programs using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, delivering Cloud Native, On-Prem, and SaaS-based solutions, ensuring high delivery CSAT, and excellence.
7. Mentorship and Development: The role includes mentoring senior profiles, like architects and project/program managers, handling succession planning, and optimizing team utilization to improve the billing ratio.
8. Responsibilities also cover administering training to new hires to shorten onboarding time, and nurturing engineering freshers to optimize the resource pyramid and improve margins.
9. The leader tracks project health metrics, conducts CQA audits, and assures corrective/preventive actions, focusing on continuous improvement and risk management.
