Responsible for managing and overseeing farm-level programme implementation under sustainable cotton initiatives. The role focuses on farmer engagement, traceability, compliance with Primark Cotton Programme (PCP) standards, coordination with field teams, ginners, and partners, and supporting audits, capacity building, and data integrity across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and monitor farm-level programme implementation ensuring compliance with Cotton Connect and Primark Cotton Programme (PCP) sustainability standards.
• Oversee end-to-end cotton procurement processes from farmer level to ginning units, ensuring traceability, transparency, and data accuracy.
• Supervise field teams and coordinate with ginners, local partners, and internal stakeholders for smooth procurement operations.
• Validate farmer procurement data, heap formation, weighment, storage, and bale production to prevent data mismatch or malpractice.
• Support second-party and third-party audits by verifying farmer records, procurement data, and compliance documentation.
• Facilitate capacity-building programmes and support training on sustainable agricultural practices through partner organizations.

• Monitored end-to-end cotton procurement processes from farm level to ginning units, ensuring adherence to procurement protocols and traceability standards.
• Verified procurement operations at ginning units, including heap information, weighment, storage, and bale production, ensuring transparency and compliance.
• Maintained accurate and up-to-date data on farm procurement, heap details, bale production, and bale sales for reporting and audit purposes.
• Ensured procurement from PCP (Primark Cotton Program) farmers only, in line with Cotton connect traceability and sustainability criteria.
