- Preparing Workorder of fabrication Line as per BPR & MTO Gap categories based on customer demand forecasts.

- Released purchase orders for raw materials like Metal parts, MS Steel CRCA sheet, Consumable items and various fabricated Parts.
- Arranging PPBOX (Packaging) for collection of Raw Material from Supplier
- Co-ordernating with Transporters for Arranging vehicles for on time collection of material from Suppliers end, monitoring transport performance to ensure efficient operations.
- Following inventory policies and procedures, including inventory levels and stock-out rates.
- Identified Slow moving/non-moving parts, arranging for their usage or disposal to achieve significant cost reductions.
