On-going Product Development (OPD) for 9F & 10R80 programs

• Update 3D & 2D CAD changes of various commodities and different vehicle programs and verify it with the digital buck.
• Create respective structures in Teamcenter for several product lines, update the cad attributes, and freeze cad on completion.
• Inspect and submit the drawings to ppm audit and submit notices for p-release.

Digital Pre-Assembly (DPA 01) and Transit Europe Vehicle Part check

• To inspect the given parts for clashes be it dynamic or static.
• Clearance measurement, iterative proposals to engineers, verification of parts with respect to design rules and updating of status for the same on e2ks system for various programs.
• Comprehend and compare the new parts added to the program (v362 & v363 transit) by the output given from the site engineer and validate the same with the previous data
• Follow up on carry over parts from the previous vehicle program and update the client, based on the requirements filtered after scrutiny.
• Host daily meetings with respective engineers and customer business groups for regular updates.
