- To provide the 3D data of the ADAS component to the CAE team or concerned team for the vibration simulation, RCAR, 10 degrees, and low-speed impact test.
- 3D data sharing with the supplier for ADAS component simulation.
- Review and study all the simulation reports to ensure the function of the component, as per the requirement.
- Reviewed engineering change orders and implemented changes according to customer needs.
- To prepare the connector wiring harness list based on the SFA and the schematic team's shared list.
- Preparation for the 3D wiring harness routing into the vehicle environment using 3D EXPERIENCE software (CATIA V6 or RVT).
- To update the wiring harness with electrical parameters to run the micro, which is made by Renault, in the 3DEXPERIENCE.
- To share the wiring harness 3D data, along with electrical parameters, with the supplier for 2D drawing preparation.
- To update the 3D data into the vehicle pivot using Renault guidelines, as per the milestone framing note.
