Manage end-to-end IT Infrastructure projects involving the activation and deactivation of virtual and physical servers, as well as network devices.

Initiate projects in collaboration with stakeholders to define objectives, scope, and deliverables.

Oversee the entire project lifecycle—from initiation to closure—ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and obtaining formal customer sign-off.

Serve as the primary liaison between the technical team and the customer, facilitating clear communication and alignment throughout the project.

Support Transition & Transformation (T&T) programs by addressing operational challenges and establishing standardized processes for new accounts.

Gather requirements from cross-functional stakeholders and translate them into clear, actionable user stories for development teams.

Apply project management best practices to plan, identify, and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.

Utilize Agile techniques including backlog grooming, impediment resolution, and Kanban to manage complex infrastructure projects efficiently.

Collaborate with Senior Project Managers, Implementation Designers, and Lead Architects to develop strategic approaches for upcoming initiatives in the project pipeline.

Oversee IBM data center readiness activities, including coordination with Lines of Service to ensure allocation and setup of space, power, racking, and cabling infrastructure.

Escalate project-related risks and issues in line with established project governance and risk management procedures.

Maintain effective communication with leadership and project teams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and timely reporting of project status and updates.
