- CommuSoft is a online software package designed for Plumbing, Heating, Gas and Electrical engineers.
- It has a feature of Mobile app that engineers can use to get notification whenever they are assigned a task. Mobile app has ability to work in offline and synch when engineer comes to online, this has been achieved by CouchDB technology.
- Office staff can create Invoice and send across to the customers. Supplier details are also maintained whenever customer made a purchase order. Application has a service reminders to notify the customer about upcoming events.
- Reporting is ultimate feature of the application where staff can take time based worked of an engineer.
