• NBFC function Operations: Prepare annual triad business plan as per the operations policy. Triad services include Livelihood Financial services Joint Livelihood Group Product any other services innovated time to time.
• Revive progress and monitor fortnightly achievement in order to achieve monthly thereby annual plans.
• Manage Field Staffs time deployment.
• Marketing
• Sell the new concept Field Staffs and also customers for demonstration.
• Conduct pilots and monitor results for new services or concept.
• Finance
• Disbursements Plan ensuring timely data entry and fund availability for disbursement.
