To develop a web-enabled solution using the existing Wipro Framework which will standardize and automate M&M Dealer Operations in the following areas. The Dealer Management System is a system in place at the client's dealer offices and manages their day-to-day business in an effective way.

Responsibilities:-

• Thoroughly understand the Requirements and Design and discussion with Leads and BA as well as customers.
• Involved in production applications support to clients & end-users, day-to-day support tasks like Issue resolving usage.
• Modify the existing program units (Packages, Stored procedures, Functions) for Bug fixing and follow the best practices and coding standards by implementing Normalization in Table design.
• Worked in Error handling and tracking, by handling the exceptions and inserting the errors into log tables.
• Preparing the Health Check queries for every Bug and finding the total cases in the same scenario.
• Providing technical support and defect fixes during system integration testing and UAT.

Description:-

Accounts is an application that maintains customers' Checking, Savings, Credit Card, Loans, Business, etc., types of accounts. It provides services for 7M (Cell phones) and 7P (Tablets, Desktops, etc.,) devices with Language translation. This supplication facilitates the customer to perform transactions online through a browser on Phones, Desktops, is a web-based application where a customer can view accounts details, account summaries, deposit details, net transfers, services such as requesting a card, view bank statements, and documents in pdf format, card-free ATM transactions, etc. It also has the feature of 'Zelle' which is used to send or receive money from other bank accounts using phone numbers or email.

Responsibilities:-

• Developed an inbound interface to import data file .csv into the Base tables.,
• Worked on SQL Loader, writing control files to perform basic validations.
• Created scripts to create new tables, views, and materialized views queries for new enhancement in the application using PLSQL DEVELOPER.
• Developed stored procedures, functions, Packages, PLSQL programmed unit, etc. as per the project requirement.
• Extensively used bulk collection in PL/SQL objects for improving performance.
• Created record types, tables, object types, and collections (nested tables and arrays) for improving Query performance by reducing context switching.
