I am a seasoned Static Integrity Engineer with 21 years of dedicated service within the Oil and Gas sector. My extensive expertise spans a wide range of spectrum encompassing Crude Distillation units, Hydro Treating units, Power and Utilities, SPM, Off Country Pipelines and Storage Tanks. My primary job revolves around ensuring the mechanical integrity of Static Equipments and Piping.

Currently, i hold the position of Senior Manager-In-charge- Inspection within the Technical department of Visakh Refinery, HPCL. In this role, i am responsible for managing day to day mechanical integrity related challenges and spearheading various inspection programs aimed at guaranteeing the mechanical integrity of static equipment. I had multiple API certifications and are in the process of renewal and I help myself to remain updated with latest changes and well versed on relevant code regulations.

My professional priorities center on quality management, risk assessment, compliance and safety adherence. Throughout my career. I have held pivotal roles in assuring 1fabrication qualities in my initial career as Quality Supervisor in M/s Gopal Engineering a EPC contractor and continued in Hindustan Petroleum Corp. Ltd, a PSU. My experience extends to efficiently managing transitions from fabrication to commissioning, addressing quality issues, overseeing day to day service inspections, leading major unit shutdowns, supervising complex plant modifications and conducting comprehensive audits.

I possess a well established track record in Assist Integrity Management , Project Quality Inspection and posses extensive knowledge in Material and Corrosion in Oil and Gas Sector. I have a post graduation in Industrial Metallurgy. My reputation is founded upon exceptional time management skills and an unwavering commitment to upholding safety and health standards.
