• Site Operations, Project Planning & Controls
• Prepare technical specifications and material requisitions for materials & equipment’s.
• Sound knowledge in supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for cost effective methodologies of construction & coordination with Site Management.
• Carryout the work as per approved drawings, project specifications & approved quality control plans.
• Working in tandem with team of engineers for various types of job and resolving bottleneck.
• Good managerial skill at motivating & accomplishing given tasks through Engineer / foremen / labour.
• Skilful at managing & motivating human resources & quickly adapting to new environments.
• Qualitatively trained to work in compliance with HSE & QC standards.
• Coordinate with site client representative on day-to-day project activities.

• Getting approval of calculations, technical notes requisitions, specifications, drawings, and similar deliverables produced by scope of work.

• Coordinating projects for the set-up standards with accountability for strategic utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives.
• Monitoring the activity at sites and review of project schedule.
• Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilisation to maximise the output. Organizing adequate resources – manpower, machinery, tools, materials, and equipment’s for subsequent activities in advance.

• Work Permit package preparation includes Method Statement, drawing, JHA, MSDS (optional) & supporting certificate & control sheets.
• Supervise/Manage the construction activities with Sub-contractors according to project specification and contract requirements.
• Ensure Sub-Contractors work is in strict accordance with the construction schedule and compliance of safety at all stages of the project.
• Attending client/Contractor’s meetings in connection with the Site progress, QA/QC and Safety.
• Getting approval of calculations, technical notes requisitions, specifications, drawings, and similar deliverables produced by scope of work.
• Expedite project execution progress in accordance to planned project schedule and Development of Mobilization plans regarding manpower and resources for the project.
• Report on construction progress and major issues of the work to the Project Manager on daily basis.
• Leading on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective minimum resource utilization to maximize output.
• Effectively utilizing the manpower according to schedule, safety & quality requirements.
• Preparation/Coordination in getting approval of final As-Built drawings.
• Coordinating the technical queries with design department and client.
• Maintaining daily progress report and attending the daily review meeting with client.
• Monitoring a team of engineers & foremen for various types of job and resolving the site technical problems.
• Preparation of DPR, monthly planning and work schedules of related activities for smooth work and progress reporting to management.
