• Provided analytical support to management and stakeholders, analyzing movements and variances during month-end and other reporting periods. Helped prepare a working file that helped pick up the BS variances in Financial Positions and provides clear cut view of decisions made by Front Office which in turn helps us have productive discussions with FO to understand the rationale behind business decisions.
• Cultivated strong relationships with desks, operations, and other stakeholders by promptly addressing queries with regard to daily P&L, MTD and YTD P&L and other concerns and questions.

• Led a project that significantly reduced cash breaks from approximately 500 million to 5 million by leading a team of about 15.

• Designed and implemented cost accounting reports that help provide cost of goods sold, production, and inventory related information which assisted in the buusiness decision making processes. Also, helped in the migration of accounting systems software by ensuring proper in-built controls that are required for the business.
• Increased company revenue through restructuring an existing incentive scheme and advising executives on essential decisions. Although this increased the cost to the company, its immediate impact on the Turnover was noted that in turn led to significant increase in profit as well.
