• Made RPM layout of all the
  machine belts with Belt sizes. DFMEA for machine
  chassis with FEA team.
• Responsible for Engineering change release notes
  by coordinating with Manufacturing team &
  Component development team for implementation
  of new or Modified design releases.

NPD project of BOOM Sprayer

• Worked on a new project name "Boom Sprayer'.
  As a Design Leader of this project, designed the canopy & frame for operator, Design of all Sheetmetal, Castings , Driveline parts for Engine to Chassis system.
• Supported in Vehicle integration
  design check with DMU tool kits as in CAD.
  Responsible for all aggregates Assembly drawings &
  its release for Homologation & production
  machines.

NPD project of Axial Flow Harvester

• Worked in other NPD project of Axial Flow type Track
  harvester which is with Top Grain unloading.
  Responsible for Chassis Monoframe design &
  Development.
• As a new product, Releases of
  engineering changes notes & implementation with
  cutoff machine numbers & regular follow -ups with
  testing team. New Gearbox fitment & trial done with
  350Hrs of fine working reports.
• Responsible for 2D & 3D Drawings, Design ideas & release of new concepts by own & instructions from team lead managers.
• Working and layout of Farm implements and harvester and their Real-world usage practice.
• Aggregate and structural management of Harvesters with Collaboration with PMO and other Stake holders.
• Crop flow, cleaning, separation and drive system of Harvester BOM and CAD structure handling.
