  • Implementation of cost-effective hiring practices like through Vendors, Referral program, NEEM / NAPS scheme, Apprenticeship programs etc.
  • Talent Management/ PMS: To develop & implement robust PMS strategies for employee’s development & succession planning all the projects with a view to increase the overall effectiveness & efficiency of the Organizational Performance.
  • Identifying potential employees and conduct skill gap analysis followed by developing their skills by training and workshops to cater the future requirements of critical/leadership roles.
  • Conduct training need identification and preparation of Annual training calendar followed by 100% execution.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Designing and defining the compensation policies with framework and driving the annual compensation plan including annual expenditure budget preparation & salary planning as per competitive standards.
  • Monthly Payroll processing for the region along with 100% offered wages implementation across all the sites.
  • Attendance and leave management on HRMS Portal and enrolment of employees under ESIC & EPF.
  • Renewal of Insurance, GPA, Gratuity Policies and helping employees in claim management.
  • Employee Relations/Grievances management: To develop & implement best Employee Relations, Labor & Employment Law strategies and align them with overall business strategies to develop a healthy and productive business environment.
  • Implementation of proactive IR strategy to identify potential IR risk to the business and put mitigating mechanism in place.
  • To drive a culture of integrity, compliance & accountability in the organization and to design and roll out of HR corrective action plan to handle the disciplinary issues/grievances related to POSH, Unfair Labour Practices, other employment related issues effectively and structuring of committees to deal with the day-to-day grievances.
  • Leading the process of Disciplinary actions against employees involved in misconduct or integrity issues. Handling Litigation matters, Conciliation/court proceedings under Labor Laws & other regulations including the drafting and issuance of absconding, Charge-sheet, warning letter, show cause notice, termination letters, Agreements, Replies & co-ordination with Lawyers regarding court/legal matters. And relation with Govt liaising.
  • Review and revision of HR Policies and implementation.
  • Legal Compliance: Responsible to ensure the fulfillment of all legal compliance requirement for smooth functioning of the business units across the Region i.e. Obtaining Licenses, Registrations, Permissions, Filing returns under ESIC, EPF and various labour laws, maintaining statutory record, display of statutory forms and abstracts, keep track of labour law reforms etc.
  • Responsible for conducting Vendor audits, HR & IR audits in warehouses and handling Govt. Inspections, audits under ISO 45001:2018, ISO9001:2015.
  • Vendor Management: Identification and empanelment of new vendors to fulfill the requirement of contractual manpower in the warehouses and to ensure the fulfillment of all compliances Under CLRA Act, 1971 and review the same periodically with vendors and internally.
  • Preparation of performance dashboard of Contractors/Vendors on monthly basis to share with Management and Contractors.
  • Validation of the monthly bills of all contractors for payment process.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture Building: Designing and implementation of Reward & recognition programs as per overall business objectives and streamline the total reward policies and programs to drive business excellence and growth.
  • To promote organizational core values, vision and mission across the business and ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct and outlined ethical guidelines.
  • Support in defining a favorable cultural profile and facilitating culture building and mass scale transformations initiatives at the regional level.
  • HR Analytics & Digitization: Implemented the complete HRMS system to automate all the HR processes i.e. Recruitment, Time Office, Payroll.
  • Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly/Quarterly HR reports/dashboards to represent the same to Management for review. Manpower Age, Experience, Attraction, Left Employees, Salary, Promotion, Increment, PLI, High-Cost Employee, Male & Female, Manpower Cost, Manpower Joining & Left Employees.
  • Responsible for aggregation of HR data, maintain HR data quality and analysis of HR data in HCM Portal and Manual.
