• Import & Logistics: Track shipments, coordinate with CHA & customs, approve documentation (BL, BOE, duty payments), and ensure cost-efficient delivery.
• Finance & Accounting: Manage bank/vendor/customer reconciliations, invoicing, statutory payments (GST & TDS), returns filing, and payment processing.
• Receivables & Payables: Handle payment follow-ups, vendor onboarding, expense booking, and dues collection.
• Inventory Management: Maintain stock records and oversee supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement & Imports: Source international vendors, manage import documentation, coordinate with CHA & customs, and ensure cost-efficient logistics.
• Finance & Compliance: Handle bank/vendor/customer reconciliations, statutory payments (GST & TDS), return filings, invoicing, and e-way bill generation.
• Accounts & Receivables: Manage payment processing, follow-ups on dues, and outstanding balances.
• Inventory Management: Maintain stock records and oversee inventory movement.

Company Overview: M/s Dor Tech Doors India Pvt. Ltd: A leading trader of Doorskins and manufacturer of high-quality moulded doors, specializing in HDF moulded doors, flush doors, and laminate doors. Imports door skins and chemicals from Romania, Thailand, Germany, China, and South Korea.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement & Imports: Source international vendors, manage import documentation (TT & L/C documents, buyer’s credit), and coordinate with banks.
• Finance & Accounts: Handle bookkeeping, bank/vendor/customer reconciliations, statutory payments, and return filings.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage invoicing, payments, and outstanding dues.

Company Overview: M/s Mittal Timber Products Pvt. Ltd.- trader of sawn timber & logs Germany India Key Responsibilities:

• Finance & Compliance: Manage accounts finalization, statutory payments (VAT, CST, TDS), and reconciliations.
• Accounts Receivable: Handle payment processing, customer follow-ups, and dues collection.
• Procurement: Oversee fixed asset purchases (e.g., laptops).
