Project 1: HDFC Ergo Advisor Super app - 1UP

1UP is a mobile and web application which is used by HDFC ERgo advisors to create motor and health quotes, intimate claims, make renewal payments etc.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress
• Track and report key Scrum metrics, such as velocity and burndown charts.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a well-defined and prioritized product backlog.
• Developed strong client relationships through consistent communication and attentive service.
• Led cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration in achieving project goals.
• Led successful adoption of Agile methodologies within the QA team, improving collaboration between departments.
• Improved product quality by implementing comprehensive test strategies and plans for various software applications.

Project 2: Health & Glow -Ecommerce App

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough analysis of functional requirements and design documents to identify testable conditions
• Preparing testcases in testrail, performing testruns and analyzing results to ensure that the application meets the client requirements.
• Logging defects in redmine, prioritizing the defects & stressing on urgent issue fixes.
• Managing a team of 6 QA’s, dividing work module-wise between different QA's, giving new testers an overview of the application, taking regular updates and making sure roadblocks are cleared on time.
• Testing the application across different platforms, devices, browsers using Browserstack tool
• Providing a well structured demo to clients as and when needed.

Project Name: Valuation Management Service (VMS)

Valuation Management Service (VMS) is an application for Ordering, Completing, Reporting and Invoicing Real Estate/Property Valuations in Australia and New Zealand for Mortgage Purposes. Various Banks, Lending Institutions and Valuation Firms use VMS to assess Mortgage related risks and issues.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analysis of Business requirements and providing in-depth impact analysis of the application.
• Strict adherence to Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Writing and using SQL queries for establishing and validating test data
• Client Presentations and Demo to get the sign off for the implementations.
