• Project reviews: Contributed from Front end engineering, Plot plans, 3D model reviews, construction to unit commissioning and start-up of unit.
• Process engineering: Develop petrochemical unit's control logic, cause and effect. Review of engineering documents from licensor's and contractors during the pre-FEED, FEED and EPC phases of the project. Review FCO/DCNs and MOCs.
• Team Leadership: Led cross-functional teams in pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup activities. Managed the preparation of procedures for pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup/shutdown, and steady-state operations.
• Performance Milestones: Successfully led post-guaranteed test runs, achieving record throughput in both units, exceeding project milestones.
• HAZOP/PHA Leadership: Directed Hazard and Operability Analysis (HAZOP) and Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) studies during both project and post-commissioning stages.

• Unit Operation & Troubleshooting: Oversee daily unit operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes, while troubleshooting and resolving operational issues as they arise.
• Startup, Shutdown, and Emergency Management: Manage and coordinate unit startups, shutdowns, and emergency situations, ensuring safety and compliance with operational protocols.
• Root Cause Investigation: Investigate and identify root causes for frequent failures, customer complaints, incidents, and other operational challenges to implement corrective actions.
• Process Hazard Analysis (PHA): Conduct cyclic PHA and PHA for new management changes, ensuring a proactive approach to risk management for both DCS and field operations within production units.
• Technical Support: Provide day-to-day technical support to both the Operations and Maintenance teams, addressing and resolving issues related to process equipment performance.
• Process safety management: Identified process safety management barrier gaps and liquidated to attain highest level of safety in unit operation.
• Certification: IATF 16949:2016 certified auditor, contributing to quality and compliance within the operational framework.

• Graduate Engineer Trainee: Joined as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in September 2008, gaining experience in DCS and field operations within production units.
• Technical Support: Provided day-to-day technical support to the Operations and Maintenance teams, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to process equipment.
• DCS Certification: Completed certification for DCS (Yokogawa), enhancing expertise in control systems and automation.
• Root Cause Analysis: Guided the Operations Team in conducting root cause analysis to prevent the recurrence of equipment failures, improving overall unit reliability.
• Recognition: Achieved recognition as a 'Reliance Young Operation/Chemical Engineer' from Reliance Industries Ltd for exceptional performance and contributions.
