Financial Reporting and Taxation:

• Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statement, Notes to accounts & disclosures and Analytical statements on Annual, Quarterly and Monthly basis.
• Preparation of Subsidiaries Financials as per Ind-AS for consolidation after considering GAAP adjustments, if any.
• Co-ordination with Auditors for Quarterly limited review & Annual audit and resolving auditor’s queries.
• Preparation of variance analysis reports, assisting in tax audits and IFC testing.
• Identifying the new applicable laws and regulations including amendments to existing laws and regulations and analyzing their impact on the Lupin Group for ensuring the appropriate compliance.
• Other closing related activities and furnishing information for MIS purposes as and when required.

Financial Reporting:

• Preparation of Proforma IND AS Financials for the Bank along with preparation of Net worth and P&L reconciliation.
• Computation of various workings like EIR workings for various products, Investment working, Lease working & other computations whereby ensuring correct accounting for the various adjustments & computations.
• Preparation of various disclosures schedules as per Proforma Financials.
• Preparation of the Analysis files deck for the Board review.
• Assisted in Bank IND AS Automation project wherein the major contribution was in to providing Logics & sources for the Data, review of various UAT output, review of BRD document & finalizing various disclosures schedules.

Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Reporting, Taxation and Special Project:

• Preparation of Management Information Reports on timely basis and providing commentaries thereon for variances of Expenditure and Revenue.
• Responsible for Preparation of Year-end Standalone and Consolidated INDAS Financial Statements.
• Responsible for meeting all the Statutory deadlines of the Organization in respect to Direct and Indirect Taxation.
• Closely working with the consultants towards resolution of Notices and queries raised by Government Authorities.
• Guiding the Team on Accounting and Taxation matters.

• Assisted in Statutory Audits of Companies engaged in the business of Lubricant Industry, Pharmaceutical Industry and Readymade garment entity whereby ensuring Finalization of Financial Statements in compliance with applicable Laws and Framework.
• Assisted in Tax audits and Transfer pricing assignments of entities as mentioned above.
• Responsible for various Personal, Corporate and Trust Income Tax Returns.
• Preparation of Annual Return under GST & GST Audit of entities engaged in various Industries.
• Reconciliation of GST Monthly/ Quarterly/ Annually with Books of Accounts and Ensuring of correct GST Input Tax Credit taken on regular basis.
