- A new process for the N-alkylation of isatins1 and benzotriazoles with trichloroacetimidates has been developed which proceeds under Lewis acid catalysis.
- Synthesized analogs of quinoline-based structures which inhibit Ghrelin O-Acetyl Transferase (GOAT), an enzyme implicated in the treatment of diabetes and obesity (in collaboration with Professor James Hougland).
